Academy Award Winner Alex Gibney's film, Client #9, a propaganda whitewash of the facts surrounding New York Governor Eliot Spitzer's fall from power, took another beating last week when gorgeous call-girl Irma Nici said she had participated in multiple trysts with the disgraced former Governor of New York, Eliot Spitzer. Nici confirmed Spitzer's penchant for wearing black knee socks while having sex.

The trailer to Gibney's film was released last week.

The New York Post reported last Thursday "Just in time for the debut of CNN's "Parker Spitzer," Manhattan Madam Kristin Davis is spewing out the name of another Eliot Spitzer call girl -- Irma Nici, the ex-hooker who claims she had sex with David Beckham. "She's seen Eliot numerous times, he tipped her well," Davis told us. "She played a big part in knowing that he was a client prior to my arrest." In Davis' book, "The Manhattan Madam: Sex, Drugs, Scandal & Greed Inside America's Most Successful Prostitution Ring," Nici is called "Aubrey" who lived in London when the scandal broke. "She was the one who never complained about him," Davis wrote.

In his largely fictionalized movie, Gibney utilizes an actress to assert that Spitzer never wore droopy black socks in his romps with prostitutes. Supposedly the actress is mouthing the denial of a call-girl that Gibney declines to identify by her real name. That's because Gibney has no source willing to put their name on this lie. Gibney is not a journalist or filmmaker; he's a left-wing propagandist with the same disregard for facts as Oliver Stone.

Spitzer's black sock fetish was previously confirmed by The New York Post on April 24, 2008, when an FBI source confirmed the New York Democrat's passion for knee-high hosiery, which he declined to remove while engaging in paid-for sex. Gibney ignored this fact in his well-made-but-false movie.

Irma Nici, who announced in In Touch magazine last week that she had also serviced LA Galaxy Star David Beckham, said she had indeed had sex with Spitzer and that the hapless dope was never without his knee-length black socks in the boudoir. Now it's time for Gibney to put up or shut up.

Making Gibney's problem even worse, Nici has taken a lie-detector test, which confirmed that she had indeed had sex with Spitzer. Now I challenge Gibney directly. Will he take such a test? The answer is no, because Gibney is a scamster, and his movie is an elaborate fabrication.

Beckham has announced with great fanfare that he is suing Nici .Nici has moved to kick Beckham's law-suit and has counter-filed claims against Beckham's suit Nici has stone-cold proof of her assignation with Beckham. I suspect the lawsuit is for the benefit of Beckham's wife, Posh Spice. After all, he has to tell the wife something.

Gibney also asserts in his film that former Manhattan Madam Kristin Davis never booked call-girls for Spitzer. Nici said that her appointments with serial law-breaker Spitzer were booked by Davis, now out of the escort business and running for Governor of New York as a protest candidate to expose the hypocrisy in a criminal justice system, which allows wealthy white men like Spitzer to avoid prosecution for their illegal acts while those who supplied the horny ex-Governor with call-girls went to jail.

Davis has also passed a lie-detector test asserting that she booked escorts for Spitzer.

Gibney's ideological rant claims that Spitzer's takedown was a partisan act set up by Republicans. Somehow, Gibney manages to exclude from his narrative the scathing report issued by Democrat Attorney General Andrew Cuomo. Gibney also fails to mention that Spitzer illegally financed his first two campaigns for Attorney General of New York with illegal loans from his billionaire father, which Spitzer lied about to The New York Times and The New York Daily News before finally admitting his criminal act.

Somehow Gibney also fails to mention that the "Sheriff of Wall Street" lost 80% of the cases that went to trial and that his efforts to convict AIG head Maurice "Hank" Greenburg were an abysmal failure. The only thing Spitzer exceeded at was blackmail, forcing businesspeople to plead guilty to crimes they hadn't committed, lest Spitzer destroy their company's value through leak or press release. Spitzer is an even bigger phony than Gibney.

To put it bluntly, Client #9 the movie is a fictional con job. Leni Riefenstahl would be proud.
